Project overview

Xiamen shimao strait tower project is located in the northwest of the yanwu bridge in siming district, south to xiamen university international business center, southwest to huandao road. Covering a total area of more than 30,000 square meters, the project consists of two super high-rise buildings (with a total height of 300 meters) and podium buildings, including hotels, offices and SOHO.

Our company adopts independent research and development design of floating floor technology to absorb shock and reduce noise in generator room, cooling tower, air conditioning room, power distribution room, water pump room, cinema, hotel kitchen, ventilation room and pipeline of shimao strait building. It is well received by the construction unit. The noise value of the upper and lower levels of the machine room reaches below 30dB (A), which meets the requirements of the noise emission standard of social living environment.
